What is now known as the Century House was a former Lutheran teacherage built in 1893.  For almost 90 years, a series of four Lutheran school teachers, a custodian, and their families lived in this home. Through the combined efforts of the Addison Historical Society and the Village of Addison, this residence has been transformed into a museum, where visitors can experience what a typical dwelling in the late 19th century rural community of Addison was like.  If you would like to visit the Century House, please call (630) 628-1433 to make an appointment.
