Where are we headed? What do we hope to accomplish?
These are the questions the Board of Trustees and Village Staff ask each year
as they plan not only the projects for the upcoming fiscal year, but long-term
goals for the Village. In 2002, this Strategic Planning Process was opened
up to our community's "stakeholders" – residents, business owners,
employees and fellow taxing bodies. Read their conclusions, and the plan
for Addison's future.
One of the goals set forth by the Strategic Plan in 2002 was the creation of
a Town Center. The Master Plan for the ambitious project has been
unveiled.
