Water Billing: overseen by the Finance Department
Vehicle Stickers: overseen by the Finance Department
Real Estate Transfers: overseen by the Finance and Public Works departments
Licenses/Permits: overseen by the Finance and Community Development departments
E-Pay: available through the State of Illinois
Mulch Giveaway: overseen by the Public Works Department
Street Light Outages: taken care of by the Public Works Department
Christmas Tree Removal: taken care of by the Public Works Department
Parkway Trees: overseen by the Public Works Department
Sewer Problems: taken care of by the Public Works Department
Storm Water Drainage Concerns:  taken care of by the Public Works Department
Neighborhood Coffees: coordinated through the Community Relations Department
Employee of the Month: if you experience exceptional service and would like to recognize an employee, we encourage you to submit a nomination for Employee of the Month.
Mortgage Foreclosure Notices: an address to which notices of foreclosure and confirmations of sale are to be sent.
