Village of Addison eNewsletter November 2011 |
There is still time for you to get your ticket to the 21st Annual Mayor's Community Charity Ball, and nothing would make me happier than to see new faces at this year's event on November 12
Many of our residents and business members attend each year, and I look forward to seeing them again. But for those who have never been, or who haven't attended in some years, I hope you'll be there to support our local charities and service organizations, who will use the funds raised right here in our community.
There are exciting changes this year. Our Silent Auction has been expanded to nearly 400 items, thanks to the ability to bid and pay electronically. It's simple and fun to use, and will keep you out of the payment line, and get you back in the ballroom to enjoy the entertainment after the Auction closes.
The cash raffle returns this year. If you haven't already purchased your raffle tickets, they will be available that evening as well for a chance to win $1,500, $1,000 and $500.
Tickets to the Mayor's Community Charity Ball are $75 per person, and include a delicious meal, entertainment, open bar and dancing. About half of that will go to support the organization of your choice.
Please join us on November 12 at Alta Villa Banquets. Reservations are required, so contact the Village of Addison Community Relations Department today at 630-693-7550.
Respectfully, ![]()
