Building Permits: Fences

• Fences must be constructed of an approved material.
• Maximum height allowed is 6 feet. 
• Fencing is not permitted in front of the principal building, except for a decorative fence not exceeding 10 feet in length and 4 feet in height.
• Finished side of the fencing must face toward the outside of the property.
