The Finance Department is located on the main floor in Room 1100 of Village Hall, and is responsible for administering all financial services required to operate the Village including all revenues and expenditures. The department is responsible for processing all disbursements, maintaining revenue and expenditure records, providing financial statements, investing available cash and maintaining all financial records of the Village.
The Finance Department Collections Office collects and processes all payments for the Village. This includes, but is not limited to, water bills, vehicle stickers, business licenses, non-moving traffic violations, various tickets and real estate transfer stamps.
Water bills originate from the Finance Department. Water Billing questions should be directed to 630/693-7570. Other questions should be directed to 630/543-4100, ext. 7405.
Director of Finance
Profile: Employed as Finance Director, and appointed as Treasurer, in 2022 after serving as Assistant Finance Director for the Village of Addison. She has 10 years of experience in the public sector and 20 plus years in the private sector. She earned a BS in Management from Northern Illinois University. She earned her Certified Public Accountant certificate in 2006. Professional associations include Government Finance Officers Association.
