EXHIBITS:
The museum presents both physical and virtual exhibits on Addison History.
The museum's physical exhibits are housed in the Addison Historical Museum, Coach House and Century House buildings.
Historical Museum Permanent Exhibits: Local history, military history, Route 20-Lake St., Addison business history, Residential development history, history of technology, and antique toys.
Coach House Permanent Exhibits: William Balzer Township Office, Illinois Central Railroad display, Addison State Bank diorama, agricultural and tool exhibits, china, quilts, and Addison Rural Housewife exhibit.
Century House Permanent Exhibits feature restored period settings of a front porch, foyer and hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, study and three bedrooms of a middle class late 19th century-early 20th century home.
Historical Museum Temporary Exhibits are presented on specific subjects and themes on a rotating basis.
